Registration
Registration takes place on the first few Sunday mornings in September and is essential as it ensures that you and the coaches are protected by the club's insurance policy. It also gives the coaches and club officers the essential information for contacting players and parents. Players who are not registered will not be insured and will not be eligible for matches.
This year there's just one form to complete for both new and returning players:
Unless advised by your coach, you'll need to provide a passport sized photograph.
This is used to make registration cards held by the team coach. RFU rules require coaches to be able to produce these cards to prove players ages. This is to prevent clubs having over age players.
Please return the completed form together with the photgraph and appropriate subscription to the registration desk in the clubhouse on Sunday mornings in September.
NEW PLAYERS – can try it out for 2 weeks but must register and pay on the 3rd week if they wish to continue to attend training. As above, no one can play in a match until they have registered and paid.
Subs for the 2009-10 season are £40 for U8-U12 (minis), £45 for U13 and above (juniors), with a £5 discount for second and subsequent siblings.
